Hi Chris,

Yes I did add that to the .cfg file but no luck as after an item is ordered,
Quantity stayed the same. This is really stumping me. Thanks for the input.

Database            products        WRITE_CONTROL       1
Database            products        WRITE_ALWAYS        1

(not the most secure solution though, there are alternatives which will
probably suit you better but this is an easy way to check).
