I there is a <BODY> JS tag parameter, onUnload, that you can use.

I would caution against this because most people get pissed off when attempting to leave a site and
tons of crap starts opening up on their screen.  Smut sites are the worse for this, you get
misdirected there and about the only way out is to shutdown your browser or disable JavaScript long
enough to close out all the windows.
