RE: [mv] Free/Shareware database program for MV usage

I would suggest you have those clients without an existing database enter
data using MiniMate. You could enter some of the data to get it started and
then give them the responsibility to finish it, if your contract allows it.
I use MS Access, but it may not be the simple solution you desire.

Subject: [mv] Free/Shareware database program for MV usage

I want to be able to have customers give me a database of
their info in a tab delimited format but when I ask them
they either dont have any database other than paper records
or provide a database in other format. I would like to know
if anyone here has a simple windows based database program
that outputs in TAB delimited format that I can give to customers
so they can do all the data entry and then just give me the finished
file. This would save me so much time. Freeware or cheap shareware is
really preferred.

Something simple, small and easy to learn so I dont have to spend a day
training them. Any recommendations ???.
