[mv] define more than on variable using mv_value on one-click?

Is it possible to set more than one variable with the mv_value?  I've tried
several attempts which have come up zip, regardless of the delimiter, the first
variable is equated everything.

This is the latest example of what I have tried:

              <A HREF="[area scan
                      se=Specials
                      cs=yes
                      em=yes
                      tf=code
                      sf=category
                      va=leftside_category=Main&active_category=Specials]">
