[mv] Interchange: Request for help

I'm trying to install and test the preview version of interchange 4.5.5. During the installation I got 3 gremlins that came up.

 

One basically informs me to upgrade to the new version of CPAN. Indicated indicated below:-

There's a new CPAN.pm version (v1.56) available!
  You might want to try
    install Bundle::CPAN
    reload cpan
  without quitting the current session. It should be a seamless upgrade
  while we are running...

The second, installing Term::ReadKey, this is due to permission problems, Indicated Below:-

 

Can't ioctl TIOCGETP: Invalid argument
Consider installing Term::ReadKey from CPAN site nearby
        at http://www.perl.com/CPAN
Or use
        perl -MCPAN -e shell
to reach CPAN. Falling back to 'stty'.

 

 

But what I cannot understand are the messages that appear towards the end of the installation( as shown below ), the 4 rows of 'Can't locate '

 

I thought that by using perl Makefile.PL PREFIX=~/library, all additional modules would be store local to the home directory.

 

These 4 rows although are referencing my home folder '/home/tgfww/mvend/lib' cannot see the appropriate modules.

Running make install

Can't locate Term::ReadLine::Perl in @INC (@INC contains: ./lib /home/tgfww/mvend/lib /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at Makefile.PL line 647.
 
Can't locate SQL::Statement in @INC (@INC contains: ./lib /home/tgfww/mvend/lib /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at Makefile.PL line 647.
 
Can't locate Safe::Hole in @INC (@INC contains: ./lib /home/tgfww/mvend/lib /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at Makefile.PL line 647.
 
 
These modules must be installed to run Interchange. Try:
 
        perl -MCPAN -e 'install Bundle::Minivend'
 
or use normal Perl procedures to install them.

Can anyone help he decrypt and understand what is being said. Also to help me get interchange installed.
