Hello, list !

This patch against Interchange 4.5.5 fixes heavy code duplication 
within admin/index and
allows the global specification of the image directory for
the admin pages. The latter allows you to install the UI images
in a directory within your WWW space and all catalogs use this
location instead of duplicating the images for every catalog.
At least the code duplication should be fixed in the Interchange
sources.
