[mv] [subtotal] error

Okay, I've been working with this for three days now and I'm stuck.  My
subtotal is mysteriously adding a penny to itself, even after I've put
in some truncating code:

[discount ALL_ITEMS] ((int ($s * .7 * 100)) / 100) [/discount]

For single items, this works great.  But if I change the qty. of the
item, say I want two bells and one whistle, then I hit recalculate and
the math goes bad, usually by a penny.  It seems to me that when I hit
recalcualte, the discount is done but with out using the int I put
there.  Does anyone have any ideas?  I'm using mv 3.14-5 by the way.
