You get this message, if you have (for example) _one_ UserTag in two or
more files. 
For example:

The _one_ UserTag "field_label" is founded at

field_label 

_and_

field_label.old

Because, you have "include usertag/*" in your minivend.cfg file (MV
Version 4.04). Look at "*"!!!
Remove the files "*.old".
