[mv] [loop search="..."] sql?

Hi noticed a few postings on loop searches

I have been looking through the manuals and some code
but can not seem to find out how to do what I need.


I have a table under the main database (mysql db) for the catalog
I am working on, but I would like to be able to perform loop
searches on it.


I know (ermm think) that
I can pass it values/mv stuff simular to on click searches


  [loop
	prefix=test
	search="sf=field/se=spec/st=sql/fi=table/ra=yes"]


  test-code : [test-code] <hr>

  [/loop]

should return all from that table matching spec from field
but of coarse it does not or I would not be mailing :)


The loop search works with the products databases which is sql.
I can not use a [sql query] tag in this section.



any help would make that
