Dear Chen,

I appreciate this contribution, but as I understand it, it should
have the same effect. (Meaning that in DBI, you can either pass it
in the DSN or by setting the USER and PASS when connecting.)

Jon Jensen of Akopia is becoming our Postgres tester and I am sure
he will look into this.
