Okay i tried Mike's idea of touch $HOME/.pgp/randseed.bin

Okay. it started this again this morning. So I did the following when 
the credit card did not work.

I restarted minivend.
It did not fix it.
I did touch $HOME/.pgp/randseed.bin
It did not fix it
I restarted minivend. it worked

So. I guess you have to touch it THEN restart the server.

Would there be any bad points of doing a touch of the randseed and 
restarting minivend every 4 hours. I do notice it seems to happen 
around the same time everymorning. I i am guessing if it is expiring 
or whatnot it's happening basedon a 24 hour period.

I really do not understand why this is doing it all the keys on the 
chain are set to never expire.Im using the same version as the other 
server and this is never a factor. I finally have the customer happy, 
though they keep getting upset about this. (I know they should stop 
ordering from their own store)
