Is it possible to install Interchange 4.5.5 on a system that has Perl
version 5.00404? And what does Interchange 4.5.5 do that requires Perl
5.005 or higher? (We'd like to try making any modifications that
would let it run on an earlier Perl version, if possible.)
We want to install Interchange on our main web server, which has a
significant amount of software already on it that relies on the
current Perl installation. Upgrading Perl would be a non-trivial task
and I've been told that it's "not an option".
