You get the CCID, HASH secret, and Merchant Key from cybercash when you go
through the registration of a _new_ merchant.
The bank wouldn't know what you're talking about, as they don't deal with
it. Their job is just to set up an MOFO credit card account (mail
order/phone order - yeah, i know the phonics is weird). Did you start at:
http://amps.cybercash.com/
There, click the red "register" button.
Going through the process, you'll have those numbers generated. First
they'll have you set up an login (i.e. email + password). then login. Next,
they'll ask you for a DBA (doing business as) name. Be accurate. Next, the
CCID will be generated. and so on.
