Sounds like the bug/incompatibility between Minivend 4 and the CyberCash 
MCK rev 3.2.0.6.  You can either downgrade to 3.2.0.4, or find the 
re-written version that someone has hosted over at homestead.com (I can't 
remember the exact web address, but if you search the mailing list for 
CyberCash and homestead you should find it)

Signo is another payment gateway service, so that won't help with your problem.
