The interface is a set of PERL libraries that allow MiniVend/Interchange to 
make purchases thru the CyberCash Cash Register.  When you go thru the 
signup for Cash Register, you'll be allowed to download the CyberCash MCK, 
this is the component you need to make MV/IC work with CyberCash.
