[mv] Order Failed/Encryption Error Problem

Hello All,

I am using minivend 3.14 on a Redhat Linux 6.0 system.

I have a problem all of a sudden with a store that was working a few
months ago and now it is not.
I am getting 'Order Failed...' and the following error in my error.log
file, but it is not really telling me anything!

I have seen in this list a few other people who have had the same error,
but I have not seen how anyone solved the problem.
This is a store that I am working on and it was working fine a few
months ago, but now it is not.
Nothing has changed with the minivend installation or the pgp262
installation.
The definition of the EncryptProgram in my catalog.cfg is as so:

EncryptProgram  /usr/local/bin/pgp -feat __ORDERS_TO__ 2>/dev/null

Then if I set it to blank, I get the same error message.
I have also tried pgp6.5.8 and get the same error message.

Anybody have any ideas about what may be going on here?
