This is a pretty common question and has a pretty straight forward
answer...

You want to use the Locale stuff. 

You can create any number of different Locales in your catalog.cfg file.
Each locale can make use of the PriceField directive which tells
minivend what column to look in for prices for that locale. You then set
the locale based on the zip code and the appropriate price will be
displayed. Fun stuff all around.

If you look in the archive with the terms 'price' and 'locale' I'm sure
you will find more information. In fact I think there is even an example
of this in the documentation so you'll want to look there as well.
