Hi,

I hope someone can help me.  I'm in a bit of a pickle, and can't figure out
how do handle this shipping because its based on two criteria not directly
related.

Blue widgets sell for $6.99 and a flat rate of $4 shipping for one widget.
Each additional blue widget is $1.50 extra up to 6.  After 6 blue widgets,
the shipping needs to repeat.  So an order of 8 blue widgets should be a
total shipping of  $18.50 ($13 for the first set of 6, $5.50 for widgets 7 &
8).

Red widgets sell for $18.99 and a flat rate of $8 shipping for one widget.
Each additional blue widget is $3 extra up to 4.  After 4 blue widgets, the
shipping needs to repeat.  So an order of 6 blue widgets should be a total
shipping of  $31 ($17 for the first set of 4, $14 for widgets 5 & 6).

How could I set this up?  I'm using MiniVend V3.12 with Perl 5.
