[mv] 'Runtime error: Can't stat .../products.asc'

Hello,

What does it mean when I get the following entry in my error.log?

/cgi-bin/natureswoman/process 
Runtime error: Can't stat
'.../catalogs/natureswoman/products/products.asc': 
No such file or directory

In the log this is one continuous line, but I wrapped it here for
clarity!  I also truncated the full path to the products.asc file!

I have other product files that I have defined and do not want to use
the products.asc file, however if I remove it, I get the error above in
my error.log and can not do searches.

How do I tell minivend that I do not want to 'stat' the products.asc
file, but maybe want to 'stat' some other file instead?
