OKAY, figured it out...
Couldn't get it to work without SQL.
I tried doing a makecat using mySQL. Worked like a charm.
Problem was, I kept trying to do a catalog without the use of SQL (0).
Whatever the reason, I'm a happy camper and can go on building my catalog
and stop pulling out hair.
