[mv] Reading the size field in the cart

Hello,
I am having troubles reading the size field in my cart, I can put the content using [item-accessories size] but it's a <INPUT ...> tag, I want to read the size, just plain text, I tried with [item-field size] but it's show all the sizes in my products database.
