[ic] 500 Internal Server Error

Hello interchange-users,

Here another issue I have been facing on OpenBSD 2.7 Intel Architecture:
I am able to reproduce this problem every time I go to administration
area /items/check some items and hit delete button.

And I have this:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

this is the Apache log:
