[mv] mv3.14: customs shipping based on "subtotal"

Hi All!

I'd like to implement customs shipping based on "subtotal" field of checkout page. I created my
shipping.asc as below:
code description criteria min max formula
0 No shipping weight 0 99999999 e Nothing is choosed

default Deutche Post subtotal 0 69 9.65
default Deutche Post (Postages are paid by the company) subtotal 69 9999999 0
------------------
and also added "CustomShipping       subtotal" to my catalog.cfg.
But minivend tells "Custom shipping field 'subtotal' doesn't exist. Returning 0" in error.log every
time I access ord/checkout page.
Why [subtotal] field is not seen from shipping.asc?
