[mv] undefined catalog error

As previously escribed, I get an undefined catalog error each time my
attempt to connect securely is made.  The error is:



Undefined catalog: /mynewdiamond/cgi-bin/mynewdiamond/simple

My catalog.cfg is :



Variable    SERVER_NAME     www.mynewdiamond.com
Variable    CGI_URL              /cgi-bin/simple
Variable    SECURE_SERVER ecommerce5.safe-order.net/mynewdiamond
Variable    ORDERS_TO       scott
Variable    IMAGE_DIR           /simple/images
Variable    DOCROOT            /home/www/mynewdiamond
Variable    SAMPLEHTML      /home/www/mynewdiamond/simple
Variable    SAMPLEURL       http://www.mynewdiamond.com/simple


The minivend.cfg is:

#Catalog       simple /home/mynewdiamond/catalogs/simple /cgi-bin/simple
/simple
Catalog       simple /home/mynewdiamond/catalogs/simple /cgi-bin/simple
/simple

Seems right to me.  What's wrong with this?
