[mv] Accessories Issues

Howdy,
We've had a minivend shop up and running for about a year now. On around 1%
of orders, an item will show up with multiple options selected. In our case,
the option is flavor.
For example, an order will come through as
Item No. Description Price
------- ----------- -----
520 Multivitamin $25
687 Drink - Strawberry, $35
Orange, Chocolate
In these isolated cases, MV grabs all the flavor options and tacks them on
to the item, instead of just the flavor the customer chose. Not that big a
deal, since we just contact the customer and verify which flavor they
wanted. Still, it's sort of a hassle and something I'd like to fix. There is
no pattern as far as I can tell - it seems to happen to random products and
at random times. Has anyone else experience a problem like this on MV 3.14
and earlier? Please post what you know. Thanks,
