[mv] Troubleshooting followup

*sigh* a sad sad sad day for me.
the 3 sites that are on the server had half there databases deleted.
My recommendations (this is what I discovered today)
Do not use IDE (Thought they used ultra wide scsi).
The admin didn't install perl correctly, nor did he install everything.
server has been yank (and kicked) off the rack, new machine is being built.
Backups will give us the info from last night.
Doesn't pay to take shortcuts.
Boss finally listened when I told him Chris' advice (thanks chris).
and as usual this happens 2 days before my vacation.
