In addition, I put in the correct country codes for countries
that have added them in the last two-three years since I made
the original country.txt database. The only listings that still
have my X? codes are:

    XB  XB  air_E surf_E    Bosnia-Herzegovina
    XE  XE  air_F surf_F    Corsica
    XO  XO  air_D surf_D    Pitcairn Island
    XS  XS  air_E surf_E    Serbia-Montenegro
    XU  XU  air_F surf_F    Tristan da Cunha
    XV  XV  air_E surf_E    Vatican City

Anyone have any information about these?
