There are existing [item-list]'s on both receipt and report, which already
contain tags like [item-code], [item-description], [item-price], etc, in
some case interspersed with other formatting tags. You should just insert
your [item-modifier..] tags where ever you think they will look good;
directly under [item-description] is a common choice.
