The first thing you should suspect is one or more missing or otherwise
unavailable Perl modules. If you are able to login to the store Admin
area, follow the Administration link and take a look at the Perl
information - it will usually report on missing modules and what features
will suffer. You can then use CPAN to obtain and install the missing pieces.
