The whole UI is in lib/UI, and the variables where that is set
are in lib/UI/vars/UI_STD_HEAD.
The best way to make the mod may be to do it on a catalog-by-catalog
basis, or to make the change override the default in a separate file later
in the Interchange definition, i.e. copy lib/UI/vars/UI_STD_HEAD to a
file called my_ui_std_head and then put at the bottom of interchange.cfg:
Variable UI_STD_HEAD <my_ui_std_head
I will do my next "Tips and Tricks" on this.
