[ic] credit_card_info not encrypted in my report e-mail!

Hi list,

IŽve trouble to get the credit card info encryted. Something is wrong,
but IŽdont know, where the wrong is.
PGP is working well. If I use

Route main        attach           0

the whole report (e-mail) is encrypted. With

Route main        attach           1

If I set

Route main        individual_track orders
Route main        track            etc/tracking.asc

I can see the file like
