Racke -- thanks for the idea. I tried this:
[bounce href="[filter op=urlencode interpolate=1][history-scan
exclude=nothing][/filter]"]
But it ends up encoding the www.host.ext and the '&' symbols as well, so
I get:

Which doesn't work. Any other ideas?
