[mv] Cybercash setup and error in form submission

I set the Cybercash variable mv_payment_mode in catalog.cfg to minivend_test
and defined the form field mv_cyber_mode to minivend_test in checkout.html.
I place an order and get a successful receipt as well as the information in
error.log that would have been sent to Cybercash.

When I change mv_payment_mode and mv_cyber_mode to mauthcapture, and try to
place an order, I'm sent back to the checkout page with a message explaining
that there were errors in my last submission and that they are shown in red,
although no errors are shown on the page.

I've set the checkout page to accept the user form fields as specified in
the 'Using Cybercash' document, and set the appropriate Cybercash
requirements in catalog.cfg.  Cybercash 2.1.2 for digitalunix is running,
it's tested and works fine.

There is an error in the catalog error file that's appears each time I go
from the shopping cart to the checkout screen, however, this has appeared
each time since I installed Interchange 4.5.8.  It appeared even before I
modified the Cybercash variables.  I don't believe it has anything to do
with the problem mentioned above.  Here's the error:

limit creation code in coordinated search, probably search group without
search specification. at /user/interchange458/lib/Vend/Search.pm line 689.

No errors appear in the interchange error.log file.

Any help is gladly appreciated.
