I am not able to confirm this.
I took the standard construct demo, ordered one of
item os28110, and did this:
[setlocale en_US] [subtotal]
[setlocale fr_FR] [subtotal]
[setlocale de_DE] [subtotal]
This displayed:
$14.99
91,85 FF
DM 27,71
which is what I would expect.
