[ic] Clearing cart contents.

I wish to clear the shopping cart contents everytime the results page is
displayed.  I want no more than 1 item to appear in the shopping cart as I am
using the checkout form as an 'inquiry' form. Is there a tag I can place at the
top of the results page  to automatically do this.
