Next time you need to search for something in a directory, try:
# find . -type f -print0 | xargs -0 grep "Welcome to"
When run from my catalog directory, here is what I got:
./pages/splash.html:[set page_banner]Welcome to Interchange[/set]
./pages/splash.html:[set page_title]Welcome to __COMPANY__, an
Interchange catalog![/set]
./pages/splash.html:<H1>Welcome to __COMPANY__!</H1>
./templates/regions/LEFTONLY_TOP: <font
color="#FFFFFF" size="2">Welcome to __COMPANY__,
./templates/regions/NOLEFT_TOP: <font
color="#FFFFFF" size="2">Welcome to __COMPANY__,
./templates/regions/SEL_ALL_TOP: <font
color="#FFFFFF" size="2">Welcome to __COMPANY__,
./templates/regions/SEL_LEFT_TOP: <font
color="#FFFFFF" size="2">Welcome to __COMPANY__,
