You can add/change the title of items in the Admin UI under
'Administration' -> 'tables', and then click to Edit the products table.
By clicking on the sku of a product, or 'New Entry' on the submenu, you
will get a form for that product and be able to assign a title there.
I'm not sure why it's on this form and not on the other one. Good luck.
