Re: [ic] Add new Section Problem

Thanks for the quick response.
There are 3 areas above in the Area section  - every - , and below this there are 2 'all' selections for 'all' seperated by a 'blank'
Below this is the 'page class' which defaults to 'all' ( i am beginning to feel real stupid on this one)

Strike the above..
/products/area.txt ... I can edit this with no problem..
What I finally did was to do the following

1. Went to the Design area.
2. Creat new section
3. Page class (typed in all) (the area showed default to all on the left)
4. Page area left
5. Nothing happened so under 'link type' I selected simple search.
6. this then put a new listing on the main page http://gw.moonlink.net/construc
7. I then went back and selected no link
8. Finally I moved an  Available categorie over to the Contains: area
9. Restarted the program and it worked.

Thanks for the help BUT I think that I am doing this Bass Ackward

There's an multioption called "pages" that shows 1 option: all.
Make sure it's selected.

Hello all
I can not add an new heading via the 'Design area'
IF I fiddle around It will show the heading in the admin 'Area -- section:'
but not on the main page.
I have installed the 6.0 numerous times with out any problems. Ownership is
not the problem as I can Delete any areas I want' and add new Available
categories:
I have done the obvious : Apply Changes and (or) restart Interchange.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thanks
