[ic] Calling import from a UserTag

I trying to calling the import tag from a UserTag:

$Tag->import('address', 'LINE', {continue=>'NOTES'}, $body);

But it happens nothing. I commented out the logDebug line
at the beginning of import_text, but it seems not to hit
this function.

I appreciate any comments.
