[ic] Directive ProductFiles returned default setting error: Nodefault search file!

I''m loading a perl-module from within a sub which defines a new tag. I get the following security
error though:

UserTag 'bibit' subroutine failed safe check: require trapped by operation mask at (eval 108) line 16, <CONFIG> chunk 292.

In line 292 of the configuration file 'catalog.cfg':
UserTag bibit Routine <<EOF

How can I prevent this. I don't get the error when loading the usertag in interchange.cfg, but I'd rather load it from catalog.cfg
