[mv] Passing 2 variables with single field

Looking for some help passing 2 variables from one drop down field. What I
need to do is set the both the 'sf" and "tf" with a single selection.

e.g;
Select
Artist - will pass tf=Artist&sf=Artist
Title - will pass tf=Title&sf=Title
Category - will pass tf=Category&sf=Category

I know this has to be easy....Maybe not...
