Do you mean read the order email sent by the minivend/interchange
process? Aside from the inadvisability of including the CC# in any of
the email that is sent about you shoudl make sure that;
1) The email is being encrypted as you think it is
2) All of the data is being encrypted and none is being sent cleartext.

If you have done that then the only way the average hacker will be able
to read your mail is if they somehow steal your private key. *If* you
think they have stolen your private key then you should generate and
install a new public/private keypair as soon as possible. Make sure you
use new passphrases.

As for them getting your e-mail in the first place, there are any number
of ways of doing that from hacking the mail server, stealing your
password for the mail server, setting up a sniffer on the appropiate
unswitched subnet and so forth and such not. Oh, if you should also make
sure that your password for your mail isn't being sent cleartext -
enable SSL in your mail reader if it has it.
