Upgrading from Minived 4 to Interchange.

I'm really happy with the way my current shopping cart is working, but i
need to create a new one with different options so I thought this might be a
good time to upgrade to Interchange.  But before I do that I'd like to hear
your about your success or problems with the transaction.

Here is my setup:
MiniVend 4.04, RedHat 6.2, CyberCash, text-database,  really simple basic
cart.


I'd like to:
Install Interchange
Make the shopping cart alittle pretier
change from the text based to MySQL (will my old orders, and products,etc
automatically be imported?  If not how do I do that?)
