[ic] Newbie Question - Can I Install IC ...
Is there anyway I can install MV/IC in a shared hosting environment
where I do not have root access. My ISP won't give me root access (can I
do an FTP load of files in appropriate directories.) Also, how do I
create a MySQL file from scratch on a UNIX server. Thanks a bunch ...
