Veine,

OK, since this shows that it was set up for "UPS" style
lookups, then those dashes in the fedex_zone.asc 
file are bad news because there is probably no column
named with a dash in NextDayAir.csv

You should get ahold of the docs for your mv version
and look at the part about UPS style shipping lookup.

Basically what happens is your zip code is looked
up in the zone file to find your "zone"

This "zone" is then used as the column name in your
NextDayAir.csv file to locate the shipping charge* 
for the total weight of the order.

* - The shipping charge which is looked up can be further
modified (as in your case) buy additions in shipping.asc


Basically, you need to replace those dashes with something
to get it all to work.
