[ic] password protecting categories

hi all,
I'm looking for a solution to control access to
certain categories. Ik read the docs about
"controlling access to certain pages", but this isn't
really what I want.
I'm looking for a solution so that the administrator
can make a new categorie (this is no problem), but so
that only a certain group of people (the once whith a
password...) can access that categorie.
Is this possible and how do I do that?
