Multiple Word Searches

Hi Folks:
    Just wanted to know something.  I'm working on a catalog that for each products
category, the client wants to have multiple word values (ie: Baby Care, Food & Beverage,
etc...)  My question is, how exactly can I do a search for the categories returning
**ONLY** the products in that category.  I've been using the line:

    http://www.aisle7.com/cgi-bin/aisle7/scan/sf=category/se=Baby Care

But is doesn't see the ``Care'' part.  I have tried putting quotes around Baby Care, but it
gives me an error...
