How can i increase a item-quantity in the order-tag?

is this possible to increase the item-quantity with order-tag in my
resultpage after the searchform?

For example:
[item-list]

[order [item-code] [item-field title] [L]Order now![/L][value
mv_item_quantity]=[value mv_item_quantity]+1[/order]

[/item-list]

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
