Expireall/Dump

I dont seem to be having any luck running either of these nor expire -c
My system is running Berkley DB so my databases are session.db. Does
this not dump the session database? I get no indication what it has done
after running /usr/local/minivend/bin/expireall -r or dump catalogname other
than the session.db is still there.
