Is there a single reference for all MiniVend tags?

I'm wondering if there is some catch-all index for the completely list 
of MiniVend tags and their definitions (or at least where in the 
documentation to read about them).  Right now I'm a little confused 
about how the [condition] and [on_change]/[loop_change] tags work, and 
I haven't had much luck looking through the docs.
